I have known Antony for many years and he has completed several complicated alterations to our house over that time. He then was in charge of taking out and waterproofing several windows, discovered a major leak coming from our deck, which necessitated some major dismantling and rebuilding. Subsequently the whole tiled deck was dismantled , waterproofed and replaced with a composite product, Outdure, which has been a great success. He also altered our internal lift structure so that it could stop at all 3 levels, instead of only 2.
His major achievement was quoting and completely rebuilding a new roof for us. His quote was substantially cheaper than his competition, and because it is multi levelled was quite complicated.
He worked well with our architect and subcontractors and we now have a new roof much admired by anyone who has seen it. It was a ten week job.
Antony is very approachable, efficient and he has competent staff working with him at Andrassy Building. His charges are not over the top. I would recommend him highly as a builder
